Projects and Events
Bernard
and Associates provides Extraordinary Services for Special
Events and Special Projects. We are experienced in the areas
of Event Planning and Coordination, Film Production & Photography,
Direction and Editing, Hosting and serving as Event Master
of Ceremonies, Marketing with special attention to securing
Marketing Partners/Sponsors, Media Relations and ancillary
services such as website design, graphic design and printing.
For years Bernard and Associates have provided volunteer/pro
bono services to events wherein the principal and several
associates have a personal commitment. These services are
evidenced in our Annual Calendar of Events we are currently

as Official Film & Photography Crew for the
33rd Annual National Conference of Black Mayors in Baton
Rouge, Louisiana, May 2007 - Filmed and photographed
entire 5 day Conference including footage on Presidential
hopefuls
Senator Barak Obama, Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator John
Edwards and Governor Bill Richardson.
Facilitated
60 Building Wealth in the African American Community Workshops -
From Oct. 2003 – Present, in association with the
African American Heritage Parade Committee, Lord Abbett
and Co., Northwestern Mutual Financial Services, Washington
Mutual Bank and AMS Mortgage Co.-Served as Event Coordinator,
Marketing and Media Relations.

Stadium - Charitable Benefit event and baseball

- Retained Bernard and Associates to design and
conduct All Day training session for Statewide Event Planners
& Event Host Organizations in the development of Marketing
Partnership Packages and Techniques.
Facilitated
10 Years- Drug Education, Prevention and Self Esteem
edification Programs as NoCane Inc. Business Manager, throughout
schools and community based organizations in the Greater
Newark area.
Educational
and Relationship Building Opportunities - Provided
to a number of HMO’s including Americhoice, Horizon
Mercy and University Health Plan. These health maintenance
organizations had a particular interest in the low-income
African American Community, as a target market. Designed
special project to access this market and facilitated key
relationships with organizations and individuals these HMO’s
were trying to access.
Father’s
Against Drugs - Facilitated numerous rallies, community
meetings and major concert at Essex County College to garner
the Communities support against drugs in our community -
Served as Event Coordinator, Marketing and Media Relations.
